We are looking for an experienced detail oriented, and customer service friendly Marketing Representative to join our amazing team!

Your Role:
The Marketing Representative will be responsible for building the facility client base as well as providing support to the current customers. This will involve networking and working with facility staff to coordinate efforts. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the facility in maintaining maximum population levels.
  • Develop new Marketing strategies.
  • Represent at state and local conferences.
  • Develop new referral sources.
  • Provide assistance to other departments regarding outside systems.
  • Provide presentations to current and potential new markets regarding this facility.
  • Serve as information resource and liaison with court and referral personnel.
  • Work directly with facility Admissions personnel and Directors in coordinating marketing and customer development efforts.
  • Responsible for contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

You Must Have:
  • A minimum of 3 years Marketing experience
  • Experience in the Behavioral Health field preferred
  • A Bachelor's in Marketing or related field or equeivalent experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills or above
  • Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong Customer Service and Networking skills
