What You'll Do

As an F&I Manager, you'll play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while ensuring customers receive a transparent, compliant, and exceptional buying experience.

Finance & Deal Structuring

  • Assist customers in securing financing options that meet their needs and budget
  • Present finance, warranty, and protection products to enhance the ownership experience
  • Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Submit deals to lenders for approval and make sound credit decisions
  • Negotiate financing terms and secure approvals through lender relationships
  • Accurately desk and close deals in accordance with dealership processes

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain proficiency in dealership finance procedures and compliance standards
  • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and delivery paperwork accurately
  • Ensure proper completion of title and registration documentation
  • Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Funding & Process Improvement

  • Guarantee timely funding of all contracts and monitor outstanding funding issues
  • Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, accounting, and lender partners to resolve funding concerns
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve profitability and efficiency
