A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a LEGAL ASSISTANT/PRACTICE ASSISTANT to support a busy team of attorneys. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being at the center of day-to-day legal operations and document management for a busy Equity partner.
What Youll Do:
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents (correspondence, pleadings, contracts, etc.)
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client communication
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and expense coordination
  • Support travel arrangements and logistical planning
  • Help manage new matter intake, conflicts checks, and file setup
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to attorneys
  • Utilize legal and business systems to maintain efficient workflows
  • Provide coverage for other team members
