We are looking for a Legal Assistant who has exceptional attention to detail, possesses strong organizational skills, and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Our Legal Assistants are extremely valuable members of our team. They support our attorneys, allowing them to focus on our client’s needs and play an essential role in the overall performance of our office operations. Requirements:

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of a team of legal assistants with 5-7 attorneys on your desk
  • Prepares correspondence, memorandum and other legal documents to include proofreading, formatting, and file management
  • Conduct conflict checks and open new matters
  • Enter and review attorney time and pre-bills
  • Manage calendars, CLE, and submit expenses for reimbursement
  • Provide backup support for reception as needed
  • Have client interaction as appropriate
  • Additional administrative responsibilities will be required


You will excel in this role by:

· Utilizing your 3-5 years of experience of working in a team orientated law firm environment, supporting multiple attorneys

· Having an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

· Communicating effectively with various types of people, from attorneys to clients.


Position Details:

This is a Full-Time 40 hours a week position located in Downtown Denver, Colorado, with the option to work remotely up to 3 days a week as business needs allow. The pay range is $78,000 - $90,000 per year; actual pay will be determined based on experience. We offer Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, group term life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick time, and parental leave.
