Job Description

In this role, the Coordinator will own end-to-end coordination of BXCI Investment Committee (IC) processes and act as central hub for scheduling, execution and tracking across deal teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage IC calendar and related committee calendars

  • Lead scheduling, agenda setting, and stakeholder alignment across ICs

  • Coordinate IC materials (memos, decks), ensuring quality and timeliness

  • Manage meeting logistics (waiting rooms, Zoom, participants, execution)

  • Track IC pipeline, submissions, and outcomes across deal teams

  • Maintain DealCloud data integrity and real-time updates

  • Manage restricted deal processes and compliance protocols for MAR related deals

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment

  • Improve IC processes and maintain SOPs

  • Ensure back-up coverage and business continuity for committee by partnering with Executive Assistants within BXCI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years in executive support or coordination, preferably within financial services

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that anticipates challenges and resolves issues before they escalate

  • Strong collaboration skills and effectiveness in team-based environments

  • High adaptability and excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing competing priorities

  • Performs duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity

  • A sense of ownership and accountability, independently driving projects through completion

  • Comfort interacting with senior management on a regular basis

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
