Our tight-knit team has a mix of financial advisors, investment professionals, customer service managers and associates, operations specialists, and business operations personnel working together to help create the best possible experience for our clients. Our Leadership Team is dedicated to employee growth both professionally and personally, and to making every CIA experience memorable. 
Investment Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Investment Advisor to grow our Strategies team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who has a passion for helping clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. As fiduciaries, our Investment Advisors give direct advice on asset allocation decisions, portfolio design, and investment implementation.
The person in this seat will make immediate impact by serving existing families in the Model Portfolio offering and while growing that family base through self-sourced and firm-generated leads.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Management
  • Active Series 65 License 
  • CFP® certified or willing to work toward certification upon joining
  • Client first attitude 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Working knowledge of various RIA custodian referral platforms
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, and PMS Software
