We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Product Specialist to manage and support Farm insurance products. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Farm products or a strong background in ISO property and casualty lines, including Property, General Liability, Inland Marine, and Umbrella. This role provides an opportunity to apply commercial lines expertise in a product-focused capacity by delivering sound analysis and recommendations for new and existing insurance product offerings.

In this position, you will manage Farm-related product lines and collaborate with internal business partners and system vendors to deliver product enhancements and implement updates to rates, rules, and forms. Responsibilities include reviewing bureau and compliance circulars, conducting market and product analysis, developing filing documents, coordinating system updates, and supporting product filings. This role also serves as a resource for product and coverage questions, develops training and communications for product changes, and helps ensure our products remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with company and bureau standards.

 The position can be located in Sarasota, Lake Mary, FL, or Carmel, IN, office on a hybrid schedule of (3) days in office and (2) days remote, after initial training.

The salary range for this position is $83,080-$127,945 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
