We are expanding our search to include talented sales professionals currently based in the Los Angeles market who are looking to make a move to Las Vegas. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Las Vegas office, candidates must be prepared to reside in the greater Las Vegas area.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
  • Proactively develop new business via email/cold call/networking/referrals on an ongoing basis
  • Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business
  • Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each individual client needs
  • Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met
  • Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meeting (both in person and virtually)
  • Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications

Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self-motivation is essential and you approach this position as you are the CEO of your own business.

Required & Preferred:

  • Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms.
  • Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
  • Self-motivated, goal driven and creative.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Bring a winning positive attitude to the team.
  • Basic knowledge of: G-suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus.
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
