We are a startup office and we're looking for a highly motivated, friendly and responsible individual with great communication skills to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. We are a state of the art dental implant and aesthetic center, with the latest and best technological equipment.
Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. A successful candidate will have extensive experience interacting with customers in a range of capacities and be familiar with handling busy and dynamic front desk situations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a friendly manner.
Patient scheduling.
Optimize scheduling.
Greet and direct patients.
Explain dental treatment plans to patients.
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance.
Answer questions about company, company policies and services.
Determine insurance coverage, discuss financial information, and collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances.
Insurance billing.
Maintain office records of operations and expenses.
Record, send, receive, and maintain mail and electronic communications to and from the company.

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $35 per hour
