Job description

Full Time Human Resources Admin

Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for a Full Time Human Resources Admin to perform a variety of Human Resources administrative duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides day to day administrative support related for the full life cycle of the recruitment and employment experience.
  • Process new and prospective employees to include generating offer letters, processing gaming licensing cards and new hire orientation, ensuring accurate completion of new hire forms, producing identification badges, and time keeping system activation.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Maintains all HR files, personnel, I-9, benefits, and other files to ensure Human Resources filed are well organized, easily accessible and updated on a regular basis. Audit files annually to ensure all documents are active and properly filed.
  • Maintain various logs such as new hires, gaming status, and progressive discipline.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and working with HR Leaders to confirm all appropriate HR operations.
  • Other duties assigned by the Director and Manager of Human Resources.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one year's hospitality operations or Human Resource experience. Experience in new hire processing in the casino industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, i.e. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position requires candidates who are positive and personable, highly organized and able to follow directions accurately and without hesitations.
