Job description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives in addition to ensuring the main office runs in a highly efficient manner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills that will be used on a regular basis to anticipate both issues and their solutions before they escalate. The Executive

Assistant will be adept at managing multiple tasks and possess the ability to independently prioritize their workload daily.

Compensation 

Competitive Pay:  $85, 000 - $90,000 per year + End of Year Bonus based on company performance

What You Will Do

  • Provide full and complex calendar management for mid- and high-level business leaders assigned.
  • Research, book, and monitor travel and accommodations for business leaders assigned.
  • Proactively look ahead for leaders assigned to anticipate and resolve conflicts before they mature.
  • Manage team and company events within from start to finish within approved budget.
  • Timely and accurate completion of expense reports for assigned leaders and self.
  • Carry out clerical functions in support of and under the direction of executive-level staff and/or supervisor.
  • Sustain office functionality by working with Facilities Management to provide oversight of building maintenance, office vendor management and multiple levels of logistical support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in construction/manufacturing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as effective listening and engagement with all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit leadership courage and appropriate risk taking when making independent decisions.
  • Excellent organization skills to drive topics with multiple stakeholders/interests.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly by watching others, listening, and practicing new tasks, programs, or tools.
  • Problem solving skills that aim to remedy and prevent reoccurrence.
