Job Description
We are hiring for a skilled Customer Service Insurance Specialist! In these full-time opportunities, you will perform data processing tasks using a basic Microsoft Excel program. Medical insurance data entry experience is preferred, but not required. To be considered for this position, you must have an Associates Degree or higher and 2 years of customer service relevant to health insurance. We are looking for a candidate with good data entry experience, multitasking abilities and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Need a focused attention to detail and be self-motivated.
Position Details:
  • Full time, contract (Part-time positions available)
  • M-F schedule - days
  • Utilizes various insurances tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates class codes experience modifications
  • Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of Agency client retention goals
  • Processes customer data information
  • Maintains and updates all customer data information in all systems
Job Requirements
  • Associates Degree plus 2 years of health insurance related customer service experience
  • Bachelors Degree - new grads welcome
  • 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Data entry skills required
  • Focused attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • US citizen or permanent resident status
  • Successful completion of a background check
