PLEASE NOTE: This is in office, Hybrid, OR FULLY REMOTE Position for actively licensed Property & Casualty Agents anywhere in the North Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing customers and refer to sales team or close yourself
  • Policy changes and reviews
  • Cancellation follow-ups
  • Review property inspection results
  • Providing excellent customer service by processing payments
  • Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies
  • Uncover needs for life insurance, commercial insurance, and small business benefits cases.
  • Follow up with existing customers for new business referrals

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Insurance and Customer Service experience is required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
