Position Summary: The Ambassador plays a key role in driving our e-commerce business by demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, building meaningful and lasting relationships with clients, and serving as a trusted brand expert across Gallet, Breitling and Universal Genève. They provide first-call resolution while generating sales through calls, emails, chat, and video consultations, contributing to a best-in-class luxury client experience.
The ideal candidate possesses luxury retail or hospitality experience, exceptional clienteling skills, and the ability to confidently engage discerning collectors, VIP clientele, and American Express Centurion members with professionalism, discretion, and white-glove service. This individual understands that every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen lifelong client relationships and represent the highest standards of the House of Brands.
Responsibilities:
Client Point of Contact
  • Deliver a personalized white-glove service experience for Universal Genève collectors, VIP clients, and American Express Centurion members, ensuring every interaction reflects the exclusivity of the brand.
  • Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and personalized recommendations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with boutiques, logistics, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional end-to-end client experiences for high-value purchases.

Selling and Clienteling
  • Develop long-term relationships with collectors and VIP clients through proactive clienteling, personalized communications, and tailored product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of luxury purchasing behaviors while delivering consultative selling experiences for limited-production and high-value timepieces.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the customer journey by anticipating client needs and exceeding service expectations.

Be a Brand Ambassador
  • Act as an expert in the history, heritage, craftsmanship, and product collections of Breitling, Gallet, and Universal Genève.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of watchmaking, limited editions, collector pieces, and brand storytelling.
  • Represent our brands with professionalism, discretion, and authenticity during every client interaction.

Education/Experience
  • 3+ years of luxury retail, concierge, hospitality, client advisory, or customer experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce to build and manage long-term client relationships and personalized outreach.
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, VIP clientele, or luxury collectors strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships through exceptional clienteling and personalized service.
  • Strong understanding of luxury etiquette, discretion, and relationship management.
  • Passion for fine watchmaking, craftsmanship, and heritage brands is highly desirable.
