Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans focused on individual goals, including psychoeducation specific to perinatal mental health.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions utilizing telehealth technology, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions tailored to the clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Engage with clients' families and support systems through meetings that foster a collaborative approach to care.
  • Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize interventions with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at building community and providing peer support among clients.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus
