Summit Insurance is expanding its Idaho Falls office and is looking to add a motivated Insurance Producer who wants to build a long-term career in sales within an established, growing agency.

This role is designed for someone who wants more than a transactional sales job. Youโ€™ll spend your first year learning directly from senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in how deals are sourced, structured, and closed, with a clear path toward increased independence and earning potential over time.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Learn Summitโ€™s sales process through hands-on training and real deal exposure
  • Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Assist in presenting and selling insurance solutions to individuals and businesses
  • Build and manage a growing book of business over time
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and deal execution
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
