Job description

USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app

Coordinate and evaluate all camp activities and supervise assistant coaches.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all camp activities, skill drills, and games in both camp divisions.

  • Design & implement camp curriculum - includes running daily skill stations, setting up and running the camp All-Star Game.

  • Instruction & coaching: Teaching sport-specific skills, developing athletes' abilities, and creating structured practice plans.

  • Supervision: Monitoring campers' safety and well-being, enforcing safety guidelines, and responding to any incidents or concerns, make sure all campers are accounted for before they are dismissed to parent/guardian at the conclusion of every camp day.

  • Assist & mentor assistant coaches if they need help filling out the camper report cards.

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Former college player, assistant college coach or head high school coach.

Compensation Pay Range:

$11.25 per hour
