Bilingual Auto Insurance Clerk

Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Auto Insurance Clerk to join a growing automotive company in Houston. The Bilingual Auto Insurance Clerk will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, enrolling customers in insurance programs, processing payments, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, customer-focused, and has previous insurance and administrative experience.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM with alternating Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Bilingual Auto Insurance Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer insurance coverage and ensure policy information is accurate and current
  • Enroll customers in insurance programs and explain available coverage options
  • Process and post ACH payments accurately and timely
  • Generate, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain accurate customer records and insurance documentation
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding policy information and payment status
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage and account information
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures
  • Perform data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information
