Job description

Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is hiring a Claims Dispute Analyst to join our Spring, TX team.

In this role, youโ€™ll investigate and resolve customer transaction and deposit disputes for our financial institution clients. Youโ€™ll review claim documentation, research ATM journal records, collaborate with clients on claim decisions, and ensure every dispute is resolved accurately and within Regulation E timelines.

Youโ€™ll also help build the processes and performance measures needed to track claims, maintain clear client communication, and strengthen the overall dispute-resolution function.

If you are analytical, detail-driven, and enjoy investigating transactions and solving financial discrepancies, weโ€™d love to connect.

  • Receive, validate, and process claim documentation from the financial institution.
  • Identify disputed transactions for the financial institution as a member or non-member of the financial institution.
  • Research transaction information regarding the claim received via ATM journal records and information from systems of record.
  • Provide Financial institution with ATM journal information when requested regarding a claim.
  • Collaborate with the financial institution to approve or deny the claim based on supporting documentation collected.
  • Resolve claims withing the time guidelines establish for claim resolution.
  • Report monthly KPIโ€™s for claims processed, approved, and declined.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and deadline driven
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
