The Marketing Administration Coordinator serves as a critical operational partner for Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales and Marketing teams, coordinating timeshare tour appointments and supporting business objectives through accurate administration, responsive service, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Acting as a central point of contact between Sales Offices, Marketing Representatives, leadership teams, and regional partners, this role helps optimize tour operations while maintaining a high standard of excellence and accountability.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and experience using 10-key keypad

As a Marketing Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality

  • Provide outstanding service and support to both internal and external customers through phone and email communications.
  • Create positive experiences by responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to inquiries and booking requests.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Sales, Marketing, and Operations partners across the APAC region.

Coordinate Tour Operations

  • Book, modify, reschedule, and cancel timeshare tour appointments while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and marketing program requirements.
  • Review and qualify tours and leads against a complex set of eligibility criteria, tour rules, promotional requirements, and regional business guidelines.
  • Evaluate booking information for accuracy and completeness while exercising sound judgment in identifying discrepancies, exceptions, and qualification concerns.
  • Navigate multiple business systems to research, verify, document, and process tour activity accurately and efficiently.

Collaboration and Accountability

  • Build strong working relationships with Sales Galleries, Marketing Representatives, leadership teams, and regional partners.
  • Communicate proactively to resolve issues, share updates, and support operational goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and working collaboratively toward common objectives.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on commitments to ensure successful outcomes.
