Job Description
  • Assist Client Managers with processing insurance transactions
  • Process enrollment changes
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate account information in the agency management system
  • Request and track information from carriers as needed
  • Assist with the development of the formal Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
  • Collaborate with Client Executives and Client Managers on transactional service needs
  • Assemble and format client information packets and deliverables including benefits summaries
  • Ensure updated client digital files
  • May support constructing benefits guides and wrap documents
  • Analyze data and spreadsheets for internal and client use
  • Support document management, compliance checks, and reporting processes
  • Proactively identify and communicate any administrative issues or inconsistencies
  • Supports other special projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent written communication and task follow-through
  • Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple team members
