Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate to join our Investor Relations (IR) team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable interacting with executives, and eager to learn the inner workings of investor communications and corporate reporting.
The Associate will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the execution of our IR program-ranging from investor engagement and quarterly earnings preparation to research, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership and to the company's external stakeholders.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person investor and analyst meetings, roadshows, conferences, including related calendars, travel and logistics.
  • Manage investor databases, track engagement activity, maintain contact lists, and document follow-ups and meeting notes.
  • Support quarterly earnings cycles, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing distribution of presentations, releases, and documentation.
  • Maintain libraries and archives of all IR materials, including presentations, earnings releases, and past communications.
  • Assist with updates to the investor relations website to ensure materials are accurate, timely, and accessible.
  • Draft or format routine investor communications, internal summaries, and distributions across stakeholders.
  • Compile analyst estimates, consensus data, shareholder insights, and monitor market and peer activity.
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, and research briefs for internal leadership leveraging internal IR software and tools (IR CRM, CapitalIQ, Bloomberg).
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Executive Administration to support IR events, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
  • Track departmental budgets and expenses.

What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Investor Relations, Finance, Corporate Communications, or executive-level administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience coordinating meetings with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting an Investor Relations or Corporate Finance team.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting cycles and earnings processes.
  • Experience maintaining investor or CRM databases.
  • Exposure to public company governance and disclosure practices.
