Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Get involved with the business community and develop additional referral sources

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (must have current or acquire before starting).
  • A Life and Health license is a Bonus
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Successful sales background.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
