Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Allstate

Earn $60,000-$150,000+ Per Year

Are you tired of working somewhere that limits your income?

Our established Allstate agency in Billings, Montana is looking for a motivated, competitive salesperson who wants to build a long-term career while earning uncapped commissions.

Whether you're an experienced insurance producer or a licensed sales professional looking for a fresh start, we'll provide the tools, support, and opportunity to help you succeed.

If you're driven, coachable, and enjoy helping people while making great money, we want to meet you.

Compensation

  • $36,000 annual base salary
  • 40% commission on all new business written
  • 20% commission on renewals
  • Monthly and performance bonuses
  • Unlimited earning potential—no commission cap
  • Top performers have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.

What You'll Do

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, Umbrella, and other insurance products
  • Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and existing customers
  • Cross-sell current clients to maximize both customer protection and your income
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate customer records using our agency management systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

  • Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Life License is a plus
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve
  • Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
