Job description

Our agency name is Ortiz Agency, and it is a Farmers Insurance Agency. We opened 3 months ago, and we are looking to hire more Agency Producers to grow together. It is an in-office position. We are mainly focused on personal lines, like auto & home insurance. Your main duty will be to contact prospects/leads thru phone, text, and email to go over their quotes. I do purchase internet leads for every Agency Producer, daily. You will get 10 new leads everyday. This position offers a salary + commission on every sale you make.

I will list more details:

-We use AgencyZoom to keep track of our leads.

-New leads everyday.

-Our agency is open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

-Our day usually consists of creating quotes for the leads, then giving them a call, sending them a text, and sending them an email.

-We are very friendly people here, non-toxic work environment

Requirements:

-Have a P&C license

-Be excited to offer your auto/home quotes to your prospects/leads everyday, be unafraid to give them a call to offer the rate/go over coverage, follow up with your leads daily thru text/emails.

-Have a sense of urgency to close on your leads
