About Keystone Wealth Advisors

Keystone Wealth Advisors is part of the Keystone Companies, an integrated professional services platform combining Wealth Advisory, Tax & Accounting, and Business Brokerage. Our advisors collaborate closely with Keystone CPAs and Keystone Business Brokers to help clients align their business, financial, and personal goals.

This integrated model allows us to deliver a deeper level of planning and insight than traditional advisory firms. Our clients benefit from coordinated guidance across investments, tax planning, business ownership, risk management, and exit planning. As our firm continues to grow, we are expanding our team of advisors who are passionate about delivering comprehensive, fiduciary-based advice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Wealth Advisor who is committed to developing expertise in holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk management. This role is well suited for an early-to-mid career advisor who values mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to build a long-term advisory practice within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive financial planning services including retirement, investment, tax-aware, and insurance planning.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong, long-term relationships.

Collaborate with Keystone CPAs and Business Brokers to deliver integrated advice.

Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies aligned with client goals.

Participate in business development efforts and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Utilize planning technology and emerging advisory tools to enhance the client experience.

Maintain the highest fiduciary and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Series 65 or Series 66 license required.

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a modest base salary in the range of $36,000-$60,000, combined with a fee-based and commission-based compensation structure designed to reward performance and long-term client relationships.

A transition and onboarding period of approximately 3-6 months is expected while the advisor becomes fully integrated into the firm's planning processes, systems, and client engagement model. During this period, Keystone provides mentorship, operational support, and resources to help advisors establish and grow their practice.

Why Join Keystone

Access to an integrated platform combining Wealth Advisory, Tax & Accounting, and Business Brokerage.

Opportunity to work with business owners and high-net-worth families.

Collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
