Personal Lines Account Manager Salary: Up to $75,000 (based on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance team. In this role, you will manage an existing book of personal insurance business, build strong client relationships, and provide exceptional service by assisting clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities: Manage and service a book of Personal Lines insurance accounts. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions. Prepare and process new business, renewals, and policy updates. Review policies for accuracy and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Build lasting relationships with clients while delivering excellent customer service. Work closely with carriers and internal team members to resolve policy issues efficiently. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system. Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required. Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance account management or customer service. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
