Job description

Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of product filings, ensuring accurate submissions across all 51 jurisdictions.
  • Develop filing strategies and proactively resolve regulatory challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Manage tight deadlines and relationships with state regulators and external consultants.
  • Analyze insurance regulations, statutes, and bulletins to ensure compliance.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and manuals for commercial Workersโ€™ Compensation and P&C insurance products.
  • Partner with Insurance Product Managers and Legal to draft and refine policy language and address state objections.
  • Oversee and resolve compliance-related tickets escalated by the Legal and Insurance Product team.
  • Monitor and evaluate ISO and NCCI bureau circulars for business impact.
  • Maintain documentation of manual and form language revisions to support audits.
  • Organize and track all filing workflows in Confluence, JIRA, and internal databases.
Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in insurance, business, law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing multi-state insurance product filings (Forms, Rates, Rules).
  • Strong knowledge of SERFF, Florida's i-File system, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Deep understanding of commercial P&C policy forms and regulations.
