Policy Development & Compliance Collaboration

  • Form & Manual Crafting: Develop, revise, and maintain policy forms, endorsements, and manuals for commercial Workers' Compensation and P&C insurance products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Insurance Product Managers and Legal to draft and refine policy language and address state objections.
  • Escalation Resolution: Oversee and resolve compliance-related tickets escalated by the Legal and Insurance Product team.

Bureau Tracking & Documentation

  • Bureau Circular Management: Monitor and evaluate ISO and NCCI bureau circulars for business impact, collaborating with Insurance Product Managers to assess the need for regulatory filings.
  • Audit Readiness: Maintain documentation of manual and form language revisions to support audits.
  • System Management: Organize and track all filing workflows in Confluence, JIRA, and internal databases.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, law, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing multi-state insurance product filings (Forms, Rates, Rules).
  • System Expertise: Strong knowledge of SERFF, Florida's i-File system, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial P&C policy forms and regulations.

Core Competencies

  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple filings.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ownership: Self-motivated with strong accountability and a focus on efficiency and automation.
