A day in the life.
As our Account Manager II on the Transportation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This dynamic role requires the ability to exercise independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, some market knowledge with a focus on strong client and carrier relationships. Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes. Responsibilities range from more transactional tasks such as certificate issuance and invoicing to more complex analytical work, as required in a client centric environment. Support Producer and Client Account Executives in managing larger and/or more complex accounts.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience
  • Appropriate insurance license
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or related training
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and discernment to resolve client and company problems
  • Ability to adopt a "servant leadership" mindset with the ability to both provide guidance and training to others while remaining committed to your own continuous learning path

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,000 to $91,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
