Overview
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance sales, client relationship management, and policy servicing. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in an environment that is passionate about helping individuals protect their assets, in a supportive team environment.
Duties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies
  • Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
  • Client Support: Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members.
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry .
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Assist Clients with day to day requests, such as making a payment, making a change on their policies, completing requests, etc.
  • Previous experience with Applied EPIC management system is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
