Position Overview The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse commercial insurance book of business. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong insurance expertise to deliver outstanding client service, identify cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to the agency's expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Quote Commercial Insurance Policies: Accurately develop competitive quotes for various commercial lines, including property, casualty, liability, and specialty coverages, tailored to the needs of our established client base.

• Cross-Sell and Upsell Coverage Options: Proactively identify and recommend additional relevant coverages to new and existing clients to enhance protection, improve retention, and support business growth.

• Resolve Client Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Schedule Follow-Up Appointments and Communications: Maintain regular contact with clients through scheduled reviews and updates on industry trends, policy enhancements, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

• Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: Excel in a friendly, fast-paced setting while collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and deliver superior results.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in commercial lines insurance, with proven success in client service, account management, or sales roles.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applied Epic agency management software is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheets is essential.
