ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking and later as a team member for a State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of a successful agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I’m married with three kids, and much of my time outside the office is spent traveling to their sporting events. I also enjoy golfing and hunting whenever I get the chance. I stay connected to the community by sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting youth athletics. Being involved locally is an important part of what we do.
Our agency offers PTO, training and development opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where my team feels supported and set up for long-term success.
Our culture is built around accountability, strong communication, and self-motivation. I’m looking for someone who is great with customers and can confidently handle both everyday conversations and more challenging situations. The right person will have a strong internal drive and take initiative without needing constant direction. If you’re someone who is motivated, personable, and ready to take ownership of your role while growing your career, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Wurtz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
