Job Location: Hawaii Kai
Compensation: $25-38/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and claims support
  • Review insurance coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
  • Write new business and cross-sell existing accounts
  • Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
  • Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a cohesive team environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Active Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced office
