Weโ€™re looking for Industrial Insulation Foremen who are safety-focused, motivated leaders ready to supervise crews, oversee job sites, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.ย

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact):
  • Lead & Communicate: Effectively coordinate with customers, inspectors, crew members, and management.
  • Ensure Safety First: Maintain proper safety gear & procedures at all timesโ€”OSHA 30 training is a plus!
  • Train & Mentor: Guide apprentices and help build the next generation of skilled workers.
  • Project Management: Oversee material needs, scheduling, and quality control to keep projects on track.
  • Hands-On Work: Perform insulation installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Use Field Coating Inspection Equipment to ensure high-quality work.
  • Manage Crew Efficiency: Make sure all necessary equipment and materials are on-site before work begins to avoid delays.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete timecards, daily reports, and safety records accurately.
