Operator I Production supports capital and maintenance efforts to maximize equipment uptime. The role involves collaboration with maintenance, reliability, automation, plant/process engineering, and operations.**$3500 Sign-on bonus offered.****RESPONSIBILITIES*** Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on instrumentation and lab equipment.* Execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment compliance.* Accurately document all work activities and time in SAP.* Follow written procedures and verbal instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards.* Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and departmental functions.* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and operations.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to ESHS protocols and PPE requirements.* Participate in required training and demonstrate continuous improvement in job performance.* Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests as needed.* Ensure compliance with cGMP standards to maintain product quality (SISPQ).**REQUIREMENTS*** Minimum 2 years of industrial instrumentation experience.* Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or applicable technical training.* Ability to read and interpret manufacturer service manuals.* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and with a diverse customer base.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.* Excellent planning, organizational, and documentation abilities.* Demonstrated commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions (hot or cold conditions).**Your Application**To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our careers portal.
