Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required preferably in
Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Education, Educational
Technology or a related field highly preferred. 4 or more years of
experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs
using multiple delivery methods (instructor-led, computer-based,
media-enhanced, etc.) This includes the conduction of needs analysis,
writing instructional objectives, recommending various instructional
models, creating blended learning solutions, and integrating measurement
standards. Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional
design principles Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite
applications (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, Acrobat) and
a wide variety of instructional design and development tools (e.g.
Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) Strong design sense
as demonstrated both in print materials and online learning examples
Must be able to work closely with a team and also manage projects
independently from analysis through evaluation Strong attention to
detail Experience writing technical or medical content preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
