What You'll Do
  • Assist lead installers with water heater, piping, fixture, and whole-home plumbing installations in residential homes.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
  • Learn to cut, thread, and assemble pipe under the guidance of experienced technicians.
  • Help protect the customer's home — lay down drop cloths, keep work areas clean, and haul away debris.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and teammates.
  • Keep your truck clean, organized, and ready for every call.
What You Bring
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the plumbing trade.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces), and stay on your feet all day.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic hand-tool experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, or military background is a plus).
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a great attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
