Job description

Red Oaks Shutter, a family-owned company in business for over 30 years, is seeking a skilled Impact Window & Door Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, with experience in impact window and door installation preferred. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights, handling heavy materials, and using a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
• Install impact windows and doors on residential and commercial properties
• Remove existing windows/doors and prepare openings for new installations
• Ensure all installations meet Florida Building Code and manufacturer specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, and secure products
• Apply sealants, flashing, and waterproofing systems properly
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages while following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress and any issues

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience (window/door installation a plus)
• Must not be afraid of heights and able to work on ladders/scaffolding/swing stages
