Job description

The Assistant Service & Installation Manager supports all service and installation operations by
coordinating field technicians, managing customer communications, scheduling service and
installation activities, resolving warranty and punch-out issues, and ensuring projects are completed
to company quality standards. This position serves as a liaison between customers, builders, field
personnel, and management while also providing hands-on support with cabinet installation,
inspections, and service work as needed.

Key Responsibilities


Coordinate daily service and installation schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service, warranty, and installation
concerns.
Communicate with builders, homeowners, project managers, and field staff.
Assist in managing field technicians and installation crews.
Conduct installation inspections and quality control reviews.
Coordinate punch-out and warranty work.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation and service issues.
Maintain service records and work orders.
Support the Service Manager with operational planning and team coordination.
Perform field service and installation work when necessary.
Enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Required Experience & Qualifications


5+ years of cabinet installation, service, or construction experience.
Previous leadership or field coordination experience preferred.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of cabinetry installation, punch-out work, finishing, and warranty service.
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
