We hiring a Operations Manager to oversee installation operations across the Austin / San Antonio market.


This role is at the center of field execution, customer experience, and operational coordination, supporting multiple service lines including HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, and Attic Package installations.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage moving parts, support field teams, and keep projects running smoothly from scheduling through completion.


What Youโ€™ll Be Responsible For


โ€ข Oversee installation operations across the Austin / San Antonio market

โ€ข Lead and support a team of 25+ technicians and field personnel

โ€ข Support execution across all home improvement packages

โ€ข Partner with the current Service Manager to help oversee the service department

โ€ข Coordinate installers and subcontractors to support quality and customer satisfaction

โ€ข Review inventory tracking and procurement processes

โ€ข Help maintain strong communication between operations, field teams, and customers

โ€ข Support scheduling, problem-solving, and day-to-day operational execution



What Weโ€™re Looking For


โ€ข 2+ years managing subcontractors

โ€ข Experience in or exposure to the trades industry

โ€ข Experience leading large teams of technicians

โ€ข Comfortable being on-call as needed to support operations

โ€ข Strong organizational and coordination skills

โ€ข Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment

โ€ข Experience with ServiceTitan
