Job description

We are looking for an Installation Manager to oversee and scale installation operations across multiple sites. This role will focus on bringing structure to installation processes, managing deployments, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

You will work closely with leadership and field teams to support expansion and improve how installations are planned and executed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end installation projects across multiple locations
  • Coordinate site readiness, logistics, installation, and post-install support
  • Oversee multiple deployments at once, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Travel to installation sites as needed to support execution and resolve issues
  • Manage and coordinate third-party contractors and installation partners
  • Support hiring, training, and management of field technicians
  • Improve and standardize installation processes over time
Requirements
  • 5–10+ years of experience in installation, field operations, or similar roles
  • Background in AV, hardware, or technical installation environments preferred
  • Experience managing multi-day installations involving hardware and software
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
