Position: Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview

Team Sunshine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling and Inspections Coordinator to manage and streamline our post-installation inspection and scheduling process. This role plays a key part in ensuring inspections are booked promptly, routes are optimized for efficiency, and customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule solar inspections with local building departments and coordinate directly with homeowners.

  • Plan and manage daily routes for inspection technicians to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Obtain and file signed Certificates of Completion (COCs) from inspectors.

  • Track and coordinate re-inspections as needed, collaborating with the Operations and Service Managers on any failed inspections.

  • Work closely with permitting, project management, and service departments to ensure seamless project progression.

  • Provide professional, friendly communication with homeowners throughout the inspection process.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
