Overview

Come grow with us by joining our team as an Inside Sales Representative!  In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers. You will also participate in high volume outbound call campaigns and field inbound leads and calls to promote and sell Model 1's brand, products, and related services. The Inside Sales Representative will also participate in ongoing individual development to ensure maximum sales results and pipeline activities. Members of the Inside Sales team will be trained and developed for potential transition to other sales teams, including Outside Sales or National Accounts with relocation options as necessary.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Establishes, develops business relationships with prospective customers from inbound internet leads and customer calls to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical
  • service areas.
  • Provides pre- and post-sales support to customers
  • Develop and maintain proposal database
  • Completes ongoing Sales Performance Improvement training to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators month over month
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must be an active problem solver
  • Must be results focused with an ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Proficiency contact management software. Knowledge and experience with HubSpot is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
