Description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers after an in home product demonstration (IHPD) conducted by a Factory Sales Representative. This role focuses on building customer relationships, recovering canceled sales, assisting customers with financing challenges, and guiding customers through the purchasing process to secure completed sales contracts. All sales activities are conducted virtually through customer communication and company provided technology.
What You'll Do
  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication to guide them through the sales process.
  • Execute daily sales activities using assigned leads and call campaigns developed by the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Contact customers who have canceled their purchase to identify concerns and recover the sale.
  • Work with customers who were declined financing to explore alternative solutions and retain the sale.
  • Present product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs through virtual sales consultations.
  • Utilize company provided sales tools and technology to accurately document customer interactions and completed sales contracts.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, including Audit and Customer Fulfillment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
