Pay Range: $85,000 to $95,000 Plus 20% On-Target Incentive

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

FLSA: Exempt


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Inside Client Advisor talent across Level I and Level II

  • Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals; hold team accountable to metrics

  • Monitor call volume, lead response times, conversion rates, and door production

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and team coaching sessions

  • Partner with the embedded Senior Client Advisor on product and market knowledge development

  • Serve as primary escalation point for prospect issues requiring licensed staff involvement

  • Report weekly to VP of Sales on Inside Sales Center performance and pipeline health




WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Ability to work in-office in Scottsdale, AZ at least 4 days a week

  • At least three years of sales experience

  • At least one year of supervisory experience
