Inside Sales / Customer Service 

Support sales to improve their productivity by inputting bids, preparing reports, coordinating with other teams, and handling assigned accounts. 


  • Receive bid requests from outside sales reps, input project details into the CRM software, review blueprints, and schedule estimates to be completed.
  • Conduct brief reviews of quotes, then forward them to sales team for distribution to customers.
  • Work with the outside sales team for lead generation.
  • Ensuring continuity of sales operations by covering for RSM’s during vacations or other absences and assisting with open territories as required.
  • Assist with contract receipt, review and filing.
  • Perform an initial assessment of orders to verify the presence and accuracy of all required information and documents.
  • Assuming primary responsibility for the management of several key accounts.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with Market Manager 

  • Required:

    • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to manage and monitor the bid process daily.
    • Effective communication both in written and verbal form
    • Organized and ability to prioritize well.
    • Ability to travel occasionally to see customers and outside sales reps
    • Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism
    • Willingness to relocate if needed and have the ambition to advance into a Regional Sales Manager position.

    Preferred:

    • 4 Year College Degree in Applicable Field
    • Inside or Outside Sales Experience
    • Salesforce experience
