Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through telephone-based marketing and sales strategies, effectively communicating CorDx's value proposition to healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through outbound calls and email communications
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote CorDx products and solutions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide product information and demonstrations to customers via online platforms
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
  • Participate in product training sessions and keep abreast of the latest developments in the IVD industry
  • Attend industry conferences and webinars as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
  • Inside sales experience (preferably in the healthcare or IVD industry)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Proficiency MS Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company
