Job description

Form Services, Inc. is seeking dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associates to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, digital channels, and in person to qualify leads, share product information, and support the sales process from inquiry to close.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. This position is also expected to support overall company operations as needed, which may occasionally include tasks outside the core responsibilities listed below.


Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, and providing product expertise with a focus on masonry materials. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding masonry products and services.

  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, including recommendations and solutions.

  • Prepare and process quotes, orders, and purchase requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Develop strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Partner with outside sales staff to support customer needs and assist with larger project opportunities.

  • Track inventory levels, check stock availability, and coordinate with operations for order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

  • Assist with sales reporting, pricing updates, and promotional efforts.


Qualifications
  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience in construction or building materials (concrete experience a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of masonry materials, applications, and construction practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • SAP software experience a plus.

  • Team player with a customer-first attitude.

  • Experience supporting contractor and builder accounts.

  • Familiarity with reading blueprints or construction drawings is a plus.


Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during the workday.

  • Manual dexterity for using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.

  • Visual and auditory ability to perform essential functions, including reading reports and communicating with team members.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
