Position Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant who thrives on talking to people and creating opportunities.
This role is responsible for generating qualified insurance quote opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. The Sales Assistant is the first point of contact for many prospects and plays a critical role in engaging potential clients, building rapport, overcoming initial objections, and creating a seamless handoff to our licensed sales producers.
This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is resilient in the face of rejection, and is energized by achieving goals.
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour plus bonuses

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls each day.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
  • Build rapport quickly.

  • Create interest in receiving an insurance quote.
