Effectively assist and support Account Manager with all aspects of the sales process, as it pertains to current accounts and prospects. Be the primary team resource for scheduling, order processing, and ensuring that production and estimate files are accurate, systematized and aligned with team and company goals and processing any additional job transactions needed.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Interacts regularly with Account Managers, Job Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Clients site management and superintendent teams. A/R & Installer Payable Coordinator, Dispatch Manager and fellow employees (inside and outside of location) along with vendor representatives and industry associates.


PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:ยท Assist in meeting and exceeding established team sales and profit goals.ยท Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and business associates.ยท Take ownership and quickly respond to customer complaints and concerns.ยท Learn and maintain a solid understanding and proficiency of the RFMS system, with a focus on: BidPro, MeasurePro and SchedulePro.ยท Responsible for timely processing of job folders in accordance to company policy.ยท Learning all responsibilities for bidding and estimate creation for existing and new business opportunities.ยท Establish and preserve effective external relationships with clients and prospects in Purchasing, Production, Builder Sales Agents and Customer Service areas.ยท Maintain strong relationships with all coworkers, with a specific focus in the areas of Purchasing and Production/Installation.ยท Assist Account Manager with organizing and developing teams daily and weekly schedule as needed.ยท Precisely and efficiently manage oneโ€™s time and meeting commitments.ยท Ensure companies sales, purchasing processes and procedures are followed, and suggests proactive improvements when applicable.ยท Responsible for bid assembly, with a focus on accuracy and completeness prior to review and finalization by Business Line Managerยท Follows a consistent process for assembly of bids and estimates and eventual job ยท Responds quickly to customer complaints and concerns.ยท Continually update training of RFMS system, product knowledge and design trends.
