Mail Machine Operator

Immediate hiring a Mail Machine Operator / Mail Inserter for a production and mailing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.

In this position, you will operate high-speed mail inserting equipment to prepare and process outgoing client mail, ensuring every piece is assembled and mailed correctly.

Schedule – 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Pay – $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-speed mail inserting machines that insert printed materials such as letters, statements, and booklets into folders or envelopes
  • Set up and adjust equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary
  • Read and follow job instructions and job tickets to ensure accuracy
  • Verify materials, contents, and quantities for each job
  • Work with automated inserting and mailing equipment that uses barcode scanning and validation systems
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance when needed
  • Tray and palletize completed mail for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
